Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I went in for a wheel alignment which the internet told me would be $109.00 and came out with a $141.00 bill. No explanation, no quote before the work began except that I asked how much it would be. 1Hr into the job I get a call saying the front support arms of the car needed changing and when I asked how much this would cost, I was given a $1600 quote. I took it somewhere else and was told there is nothing wrong with the Support arms. No one explains anything, is all take it or leave it.

Excellent service! I had all four tires replaced and an alignment done on my Toyota Camry. The staff was friendly, professional, and completed the work on time. My car drives much smoother now, and I’m very happy with the service. I plan to return for future maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other services. Highly recommend this Pep Boys location!

Called in to ask a simple question about getting tires replaced, and I was placed on hold for hours. No check-ins, no updates, no effort to pick the phone back up. Sitting on hold for that long is ridiculous and shows total disregard for customer time. If this is how they handle a quick phone call, I definitely won't trust them with my vehicle.

I had no NYS inspection appointment, but accommodated very well. I checked in at 8:30 AM & my car was ready before 9:30 AM. The process was quick & straightforward, and I really appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary services. The waiting area is comfortable. All staff were friendly, courteous, and provided excellent service. Overall, a very positive experience.

William took care of my car today, and I have to say it was a truly excellent experience. He was quick, efficient, very professional, and also extremely pleasant to talk to. He fixed the wheel on my car in almost no time, and I truly appreciate his help. I would definitely go back to him for any future car needs. Thank you, William!
